Planning Applications for Land North of Bayswater Brook now available for consultation by South Oxfordshire District Council and Oxford City Council.

The planning applications have been submitted by Christ Church and Dorchester Residential Management. Land North of Bayswater Brook was allocated for strategic development in the South Oxfordshire Local Plan adopted December 2020, which forms the basis for determining all planning applications in the district. Bayswater will provide much needed new homes to address Oxford’s unmet housing need.

Now that the planning applications have been registered, all of the planning application documents are available to view through the local authority websites. In addition, we have submitted an application to relocate a listed boundary stone.

Paper copies of the Environmental Statement for the three main applications are held at Oxford Main Library, Barton Community Library and Headington Library. In South Oxfordshire a copy will be provided at the Council’s offices at Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon, OX14 3JE. There will also be paper copies of the four main planning application documents available in a number of parishes.

Should you wish to comment on the applications, these comments will need to be made directly to SODC and/or Oxford City Council.
